More and more employees argon being monitored today indeed everbefore and the companies that do it arnt letting off. While electronicmonitor in the work place may be the cause of increase underscore levels andtension, the benefits far exceed the harm that it may cause.     Employees dont realize how a great deal electronic supervise happens in theirwork place. An estimated twenty million Americans are subjected to monitoringin their work place, commonly in the form of telecommunicate monitoring, E-mail searches,and searching through the files on their hard drive (Paranoid 435). Bymonitoring employees, it is possible to measure their performance and see ifthey are meeting standards. By getting rid of those employees who dont meetstandards the burden of insouciant tasks is lifted on every other employee in thatdepartment.
